Kelly K. Koss is a litigation and arbitration associate. She represents project owners, design professionals, and general contractors in construction litigation matters. Ms. Koss has experience litigating lawsuits involving breach of contract, construction accidents and professional negligence. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Koss worked as a municipal planner for two different municipalities in Michigan. As a municipal planner Ms. Koss regularly worked with developers, engineers and design professionals.
Ms. Koss received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2015. While at Chicago-Kent, Ms. Koss was the Managing Editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review, a legal writing teaching assistant and published two student articles. Ms. Koss also holds dual-master degrees in Urban Planning and Urban Design from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Ms. Koss received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Kalamazoo College in 2004 in Art with a minor in Psychology.
