Mr. Donoho's legal practice focuses on resolving disputes arising out of technically complex construction projects. Mr. Donoho has experience in trials, arbitrations, mediations, contested hearings, appeals, and many other aspects of commercial litigation. He has litigated lawsuits involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, professional negligence, misrepresentation, insurance coverage, and intellectual property. Mr. Donoho has been recognized by Illinois Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star."Before his career as an attorney, Mr. Donoho earned a degree in engineering and spent seven years as a manager and consultant to large, international organizations. He later clerked for the Honorable William J. Bauer and served as a research assistant to the Honorable Richard A. Posner, both of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.
