Zachary Pestine is a litigation associate at Stein Ray LLP. Mr. Pestine represents project owners, design professionals, and contractors in complex construction litigation matters.
Assisted in defense of a major engineering and construction firm against nearly $1 billion in claims relating to work on a nickel hydrometallurgy plant.
Mr. Pestine earned his J.D., cum laude, at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2016, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. He earned his B.A., with distinction, in Philosophy and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013. While in college, Mr. Pestine participated in a semester-long honors program at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
